->I will be transparent about what I offer and what I don’t.

->I will never position myself as your authority or savior.

->I will invite honest feedback, and if harm is caused, I commit to repair.

->I will honor your pace, boundaries, and capacity for healing.

->I may reflect, but I will never force, diagnose, or manipulate.

->I will model self-responsibility and expect the same from you.

->You are always welcome to leave this space whenever it no longer serves you.

 

And in return, I ask that:

->You communicate openly if something feels unclear or unsafe.

->You come to this work with self-honesty and willingness.

->You recognize that this is not a quick-fix or passive process.

->You trust yourself more than you trust me.

Closing Commitment

This work is sacred, and so is the Soul of each person I meet. I am not here to save anyone. I am here to remind them they've always had the power, and to walk with them as they remember.
