My Evolved Approach to QHHT® and BQH: Embodied, Trauma-Informed, and Sovereign As a certified practitioner of QHHT® (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) and BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing), I carry deep respect for the foundational work of Dolores Cannon and Candace Craw-Goldman. These modalities opened important doors for connecting with the subconscious and accessing expanded states of awareness.​But through years of personal healing, client work, and observing recurring patterns, my practice has naturally evolved into something more — something that reflects a commitment to trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, and multidimensional energetic safety.​Too often in traditional spiritual or hypnosis spaces, clients who don’t “access the Higher Self” or experience instant healing are blamed, bypassed, or made to feel they are the problem. They're told they’re "not ready," "not choosing to heal," or “blocking themselves.” But this explanation overlooks something essential:​--> What’s usually at play are covert energies — unconscious influences and unresolved imprints affecting both the client and sometimes even the practitioner, especially when held within rigid belief systems that project responsibility onto the client.​In my work, we don't reach outward to a “higher” force to fix or guide you. We come back inward — into the body, into presence, into truth. Because: -> The Higher Self isn’t separate — it is your body. -> No intelligence, guide, or energy has authority over your sovereignty.​This is an evolved expression of BQH — one that fully embraces the flexibility Candace intended, while moving beyond hypnosis scripts or disembodied frameworks. It centers safety, consent, personal timing, and nervous system regulation.​There is no pressure to perform, achieve, or “get it right.” Healing isn’t a show. It’s a process of deep listening, energetic clearing, and restoring you to yourself — free from past-life entanglements, external interference, and inherited programming.​This isn’t just a technique.
