Spiritual Life Doula
Code of Ethics

A Living Document of Integrity, Embodiment & Empowerment
Purpose Statement
This Code of Ethics is a living document that guides how I show up in my work as a spiritual life doula. It reflects my commitment to safety, integrity, and humility in service to others. It holds me accountable to embody what I teach, remain open to growth, and honor the sacred responsibility of walking beside others through their personal transformation.
Personal Code of Ethics
1. I Serve from Lived Experience, Not Ego
->I share my journey to empower, not to elevate myself.
-> I am not here to be placed on a pedestal, but to walk beside others as an equal.
-> I am proud of the work I’ve done, and I remain teachable and open to learning more.
-> I believe the human experience is sacred. We are here in this body, in this life, and in this time for a reason. Any belief, teaching, or spiritual narrative that disconnects us from this reality—especially as a way to avoid pain, accountability, or embodiment—will be compassionately challenged. We will always go deeper together to explore why that narrative is present and what it’s protecting.
2. I Create Safe and Trauma-Informed Space
-> Safety is my top priority. I recognize that spiritual, emotional, and energetic safety must be foundational in every interaction.
->If a narrative or personal “truth” is expressed in a way that risks causing harm—to my client or others—I will not remain passive.
-> I will respond with directness, clarity, and care. I will always explain why I’m addressing it, how it may be impacting the space, and what we can do together to restore trust and alignment.
->There are times when firmness and energetic redirection are necessary to protect the integrity of the space. I use discernment, not dominance, when guiding these moments.
->When discipline or containment is needed, I always check in afterward to explain my intention, reflect together, and ensure the client feels safe, heard, and respected.
->I do not believe in spiritual bypassing or sugarcoating when harm is present. My commitment is to co-regulation, repair, and growth—not comfort at the cost of integrity.
-> I honor personal boundaries and check in regularly to co-create safety with each client.

3. I Take Accountability with Grace
-> I welcome honest feedback and acknowledge when I make mistakes.
-> I do not use spiritual language to deflect criticism or shift blame.
->If harm occurs, I commit to repair, reflection, and change.
4. I Do Not Create Dependency
-> I guide people back to their own inner truth and strength.
-> My work is about empowerment and remembering, not attachment or authority.
-> I support others in leaving my space when it is time.
5. I Practice Spiritual Humility
-> I trust my wisdom but never assume it is absolute or superior.
-> I understand that others have their own timing, truth, and path—and I honor that.
-> I know that confidence is not control, and clarity is not righteousness.
6. I Exchange Energy with Integrity
-> I offer my work through clear, fair pricing and intuitive generosity.
-> I never pressure people to invest beyond their means, or equate payment with spiritual worthiness.
-> I hold the vision of one day offering my work freely, sustained by other sources.
7. I Stand for Depth, Not Perfection
-> I allow myself to be fully human in my work—imperfect, in process, and real.
-> I am not afraid of shadow, grief, or discomfort; I meet it with presence and compassion.
-> I understand that true healing is not “light and love,” but depth and honesty.
8. I Protect My Energy Without Closing My Heart
->I am discerning with who I serve, and I recognize when I’m not the right guide for someone.
-> I do not overextend, overgive, or abandon myself to be liked or needed.
-> I nourish myself spiritually and emotionally so I can continue this work sustainably.
9. I Center the Body and the Present Moment
-> My work is somatic because the body is our true home—it’s where truth, trauma, healing, and integration actually live.
->I support my clients in returning to their felt experience, not escaping into ideas, visions, or beliefs that take them out of themselves.
-> Anything that pulls us outside of ourselves—whether spiritual tools, guides, narratives, or bypassing beliefs—is gently but firmly challenged.
-> I do not see the human experience as something to transcend, but something to honor, deepen into, and live fully.
-> We explore together why a narrative or “truth” may have formed as a way to protect or disconnect—and we return, again and again, to the wisdom of the present moment.
-> Embodiment is the portal. The present moment is the teacher. And the body is the guide.

Vision & Mission
Vision
To create a spiritually sovereign world where people return to their own truth, power, and wholeness—free from spiritual manipulation, dependency, or bypassing.

Mission
As a spiritual life doula, I walk beside others through inner death and rebirth, offering guidance rooted in integrity, embodied wisdom, and trauma-informed care. I serve not to lead, but to hold space for remembrance—of truth, of safety, of soul. I guide people back into their bodies, their humanity, and the present moment—where healing actually happens.
I support those who are ready to face their inner world honestly, release false light narratives, and reclaim the safety that was never modeled for them. I stand for depth over performance, wholeness over hierarchy, and sovereignty over spiritual seduction.
