I guide you back to what your body is physically feeling in real time. 🩷100% Predictable & Narrated: To keep your body from staying hypervigilant, I tell you exactly where I am in the room and what I’m doing at all times. No sudden movements, no surprises. 😌True Body Consent: A verbal "yes" isn't enough.
