Work with me
This is not a program with a start date and an end date. This is not a package you purchase and complete. This is not a session that ends when the timer runs out.
This is a real, consistent, regulated presence — built around your nervous system, not around a clock.

How The Work is Structured
I work with people over time. Not because that is a business model — because that is how nervous systems actually heal.
Real safety is not built in one session. It is built through consistent, coregulated presence returning again and again until your system learns that safety is real and it can stay.
The longer you stay in the work, the deeper it goes — and the more accessible it becomes. That is not a strategy.
That is just the truth of how this works.
What this actually looks like
We usually begin with a co-regulation appointment combined with some relational work.
You'll rest comfortably — seated or lying down, fully clothed — in a calm, private space. I don't provide any physical touch or bodywork. I mainly use my presence, my voice. At times i may use sound and aromatherapy — whatever helps create the conditions your nervous system needs to feel safe enough to settle. Your body already knows how to heal. It just needs the right environment to do it in.
Co-regulation isn't a technique I perform on you. It's two nervous systems in the same space — mine steady, consistent, unhurried — until yours starts to recognize what safety actually feels like and borrows some of that steadiness for itself.
I check in with you throughout, and I follow your pace, not a script. If something needs to move slowly, we move slowly. If we need to just sit in stillness together, we do. It's always on your terms, and you're always free to pause or stop.
After a session like this, most people feel more like themselves than they have in a long time — more embodied, more still. Things that used to have a hold on them begin to loosen.
From there we usually move into relational work, often the following week — talking through what came up, what shifted, what's been happening in your relationships, your environment, your sleep, your experience of yourself.
Together we map it. We name it. We place it where it actually belongs.
Following appointments might be relational conversation, another co-regulation session, or both — there's no fixed structure. It's led by what you need at the time.
The Investment
First Appointment — Foundation & Reality Mapping
60 minutes minimum — $150
This is where we begin. We map your full reality — your nervous system, your relationships, your patterns, and what has actually been happening beneath every layer of bypass. This is the most intensive session because it is where the container is established and the foundation of safety is built.
This appointment is for both of us to feel if this work is the right fit.
Appointment — The Build
60 minutes minimum — $120 per appointment
This is where the real work happens. Consistent. Deepening. Each appointment building on the last. Each time your nervous system learns a little more that safety is real and consistent.
Landing Support — Spiral Support
15 minutes in the moment — $35
For those times when you are spiralling and need someone to name reality with you right now. Not a therapy crisis line. Not a hotline. Just a real, regulated presence to help you land when you need it most.
Next door to The Client Space is a private, curated room filled with crystals, herbs, incense, grounding objects, and crafted products. After our session, you are welcome to step next door and browse anything that feels aligned with what we are building together. Products are available to purchase. You can also book the room on its own — separate from our sessions, whenever you feel called to it.
How Appointments Actually Work
Appointments are listed with a minimum time — not a fixed end time.
If the appointment is an hour, we work for at least an hour. But if your nervous system is still in process when that hour ends, we do not stop. We stay until you land.
Throughout our time together I check in with you on time — not to rush you, but to respect your day and make sure we are moving at a pace that feels right for your system.
And when we finish, I will ask you to do one thing —
Take the rest of the day for yourself.
Not because the work is heavy. But because regulation needs space to settle before the outside world comes back in. The quieter you can be after an appointment the deeper the work lands.
This means no difficult conversations. No rushing back to work. No jumping straight into someone else's needs if you can help it.
Just you. In your body. Letting what shifted actually settle.
That integration time is not separate from the work. It is part of it.

Before you reach out
This work is for you if —
You have tried everything else and something is still off.
You are done seeking and ready to land.
You can receive — meaning when something is named clearly,
even if it's uncomfortable, you stay with it rather than run.
You understand that real change is slow and you are willing to
show up consistently for it.
You are not looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear.
You are looking for someone who will tell you what is real.
This might not be the right fit, or the right time, if —
You're looking for something fast, or a single transformative experience — that's a completely valid thing to want, just not what this offers.
You're not ready to look closely at what's happening yet — there's no wrong timing here, and this will still be here when you are..
If you're currently in crisis or in danger, please reach out to a local emergency line or crisis service first — this work is not a substitute for that kind of support.
Experience My Work Before Booking
Because the work I do is deeply relational and nervous-system based, it’s something you feel in your body — not just something you understand intellectually.
Before deciding to work together, I invite you to listen to the short audio below.
This is a brief co-regulation experience where you can simply notice how your nervous system responds to my voice and presence. Some people notice their body softening, breathing slowing, or a sense of calm and curiosity.
Others may notice tension, restlessness, or resistance. Both responses are valuable information. Your nervous system will tell you whether this type of work feels aligned for you right now. There is nothing you need to do — just listen and notice
After Listening, Take a Moment to Notice
You may want to ask yourself:
1. Does my body feel calmer, more open, or curious?
2. Do I feel safe enough to explore deeper work like this?
3. Do I feel a natural pull or interest in continuing?
If your body feels more grounded or curious, that may be a sign this work could support you.
If your body feels tense, resistant, or overwhelmed, it may simply mean it’s not the right time — and that’s completely okay.
Listening to your nervous system is always the most important step.
Many people know within a few minutes whether their nervous system resonates with this work.
How To Begin
Send me a message.
Tell me a little about where you are and what brought you here.
Not a formal application.
Not a perfectly worded pitch for yourself.
Just the truth of where you are right now.
I read every message personally. I will respond.
If it feels like the right fit we will find a time to talk.
You don't have to explain yourself perfectly.
You don't have to have the right words.
You just have to be ready for something real
